For more than 10 years I have been a university teacher. I have been teaching the course Advocacy and Lobbying in Europe for all these years, which gave me an excellent overview of what’s going on with interest groups in Brussels. I have also been teaching a variety of other courses such as European public policy and Emotions in politics and policy-making.

I feel learning can be naturally agreeable and fun. Just look at any baby or toddler and see the joy they take in learning. It is just about playing. A few times I have seen students learn with a similar joy but not as frequently as I would have liked.
