Reflection Journals

 

A Reflection journal is a piece of informal writing where students record insights, feelings and thoughts about their own learning experiences. A reflection journal intends to develop student’s awareness of their learning experience, and eventually contribute to a better regulation of attitudes and behaviour.

If you are interested in using this learning tool for your students, you can give a look to these  guidelines. These are only a few questions to inspire students to reflect on their own learning process. If you are using a reflection journal or something similar in your course, get in contact with me and we will share our experiences.
